Our staff is trained to take extra care in the preparation and handling of all our gluten friendly products.  If it is a fried product we use a separate fryer, if it is baked, we use a baking screen to keep it away from potential contact with oven flour. 

While Attilio's is proud to offer pizzas and other items with gluten-free ingredients, our kitchen is not a completely gluten-free environment. Due to the handcrafted nature of our menu items, variations in vendor-supplied ingredients, and the use of shared cooking and preparation areas, we cannot assure you that our restaurant environment or any menu item will be completely free of gluten.
